Hi, Santanu, it’s so great to see a classical guitarist/composer from India. I’m a recent convert to the instrument and started learning it recently. I wish I had started earlier, as I’m in my early 40s now.
I’ve been trying to connect with fellow Indians who are passionate about the classical guitar. So, I ended up on your website, after exploring other online spaces like Serenade, and cgrfi.org.
One of the obvious issues for classical guitar students like me is the availability of quality, affordable options in learning resources. While there are many high quality online resources, many of them are prohibitively expensive, especially those that involve one-to-one teaching.
I suppose these issues have to do with the fact that we don’t have a long tradition of classical guitar in India. But from what I’ve been able to gather, classical guitar is starting to take off from India. I hope this continues and many more Indians like me develop a passion for this beautiful instrument.
    Keep up the great work,
    Cheers.
